As Metro reaches 10 years of passenger service to Azusa, this month the extension from Glendora to Pomona will have been in operation for six months. Last week, Metro CEO Stephanie Wiggins highlighted that ridership on the Metro A Line is up 11.5% from a year ago, and the Foothill Gold Line section of the A Line from Chinatown to Pomona is up nearly 13%, with the four new stations adding significantly to the overall system’s ridership increase.
